What you share

The form collects your name, email address, optional organisation name, selected service, and project message. Please do not include passwords, patient information, or other sensitive information.

How the form uses your details

Your submission is sent to the AITERAS enquiry inbox so we can understand your request, respond, and discuss a potential engagement. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

Website technology

The website does not use analytics trackers, advertising pixels, or marketing cookies. Its fonts and artwork are served with the site. The hosting service may process standard connection details, such as IP addresses and requested pages, to deliver and secure the website.

To limit automated submissions, the enquiry handler keeps hashed network identifiers and recent submission timestamps in a temporary server file. Active rate limits cover a ten-minute window; expired entries are removed when the handler next processes a valid submission. Your name, email, and message are not stored in this rate-limit file.

Email and hosting services

Your enquiry is processed through the website’s hosting and email services. Copies may remain in the enquiry inbox and its backups. The location and retention of these records depend on the services configured by AITERAS.
